Community Life: Transportation

FARE-Cle believes transportation is essential to allow all adults access to a variety of community activities. By providing individuals ages 14 and older (diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability) the opportunity to find a trained and vetted driver, our clients move towards independence, community integration, and self-empowerment.

They will work with you to develop a transportation plan that is best suited for your family’s needs.
