This film is designed to increase awareness and to highlight the experiences of Hispanic and Latino families as they go through the process of learning about autism, understanding their child’s autism diagnosis and helping their child to receive the services they need.

Connecting for Kids is a nonprofit with a mission to provide education and support to families with concerns about their child. They serve families in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties with children younger than 13 years of age.

They have hands-on family training programs, music therapy classes, in addition to several different kinds of family support programs and groups.

Spanish and English versions of this popular book available. This guidebook is written to assist high school students and their families when considering college as a future option. The guidebook
contains basic information, tools, and resources to help students make informed decisions about whether or not college is for them.
