The mission of the Achievement Centers for Children is to enable and empower children with disabilities and their families to grow, learn, play and prepare for lifelong achievement in society. The agency serves children from birth through adulthood, with a special focus on children from birth through age five.

Their unique, comprehensive service model weaves together education and autism services, therapy services and Intensive Therapy Clinic, and family support services to meet the needs of the entire family and provide the best outcomes.

Music therapy, adaptive music lessons, music enrichment, adapted dance classes and summer camps offered. Summer dance classes are also available, and are held at The North Royalton Dance Academy.

Adapted Triple Threat Camp –Campers ages 6-18 years will be introduced to the foundations of musical theatre in the areas of singing, dancing, and acting. Programming will be tailored to the individualized needs of all participants, allowing for self-expression and exploration into musical instruments, costumes, and fine and gross motor skills.

PASS Camp –a chance for campers to engage together socially through structured musical experiences. Each week, a different musical project will be developed and completed. Camp is led by a music therapist.

Provides opportunities for children and teens with emotional, physical and developmental disabilities and their families to take advantage of many of the Mandel JCC programs and services. Playmakers Youth Theatre, camps and many other of their children’s and teen programs are inclusive and children with disabilities are able to participate alongside their peers.

They also offer special needs aquatic therapy (ages 2+) and personal training for people with disabilities.
