Families have free access to the Don Umerley Civic Center during and after patient therapy sessions.

Parent training is available and considered a key component to successful intervention. Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) evaluations and functional behavioral assessment are available as well.

The program emphasizes evidence-based autism intervention, and will customize a program following an initial consultation and evaluation based on a child’s needs, incorporating communication, sensory needs, academic skills, play skills, socialization, and developmentally appropriate skill acquisition as needed.
