Learn a new skill or re-visit an activity you once loved. Handcycling is a great way for individuals to use their upper body strength to pedal a bike. Riding distances vary between 2-6 miles over mostly flat terrain. Upright and recumbent handcycles are available. Riders of all abilities are welcome. Parents/caregivers/family members are encouraged to bring their bike to ride along. Helmets required.
