Ohio Age-Appropriate Transition Assessment Library
This ‘one stop’ library of vetted age appropriate transition assessments was developed to assist IEP teams in selecting appropriate assessment during the transition planning process. Additional assessments will be added to the library quarterly after review by the state transition workgroup.
