Camp Insight – Insight Learning and Wellness Center

Camp open to high-functioning children ages 6-12 years with special needs.

Camp Insight encourages creativity as campers learn healthy skills to stretch their mind, body and spirit in new ways.

Campers participate in Tae Kwon Do, Yoga, art and music classes. The group explores nature through guided hikes and take part in challenging games that teach campers to cooperate and solve problems creatively. Campers will learn relaxation and meditation, guided imagery and visualization, as well as ways to focus on their goals and bring out their best. Positive psychology techniques such as EFT helps campers learn constructive ways to process the stress of life and turn problems into opportunities. They also learn to make healthy snacks plus the importance of good nutrition.
