Bridges to Transition — Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities
Bridges to Transition is a partnership between OOD and the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities/local county boards of developmental disabilities. This specialized partnership provides transition-age youth who are eligible for county board of DD services with an assigned Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) and a Transition Specialist (TS).
