Evidence-based, solution-focused services in educational services to schools and families. They offer academic tutoring, specialized reading programs, summer social skills groups, speech and occupational therapy and psychotherapy. Catalyst Farm Therapies is an outpatient practice offering OT, PT, SLP and Counseling. This practice offers a highly motivating environment in which to work on ones therapy goals with an “outside the box” approach. Located on a farm with indoor and outdoor treatment spaces, they are able to provide a dynamic, yet serene, experience for their patients. The Therapists are able to utilize the animals (goats, pigs, chickens, horses…just to name a few) as either tools in the session or motivation at the end. Traditional and farm based techniques are integrated to create a comprehensive approach. Cincinnati Therapy Connections provides speech and occupational therapy services in the home, co-op, daycare, and/or educational setting in and around Cincinnati. The Center for Autism – Rocky River is a newly configured 20,000-square-foot center with several individual rooms for behavior, occupational, and speech and language therapy, plus waiting and conference areas. Families have free access to the Don Umerley Civic Center during and after patient therapy sessions.

Parent training is available and considered a key component to successful intervention. Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) evaluations and functional behavioral assessment are available as well.

Hattie Larlham is a nonprofit organization that provides medical, residential, recreational and work training services to 1,800 children and adults with developmental disabilities. The organization provides services to children and young adults at the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities in Mantua, Ohio, and to adults at community-based homes throughout Ohio.

The Blick Center provides a variety of clinical outpatient, residential, day program services and other support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs and other related conditions.
