A: World-class speakers present on the most current research-based strategies and behavioral techniques, giving professionals the unique opportunity to advance their knowledge. The conference offers CEUs in 15 different disciplines and attendees can often meet their continuing education requirements for an entire year by attending just one conference. With more than 90 presentations to choose from, professionals are apt to find content that is a perfect fit for their patients, clients, and students. The conference also affords vast opportunities for networking with colleagues and clients.

Q: Why should family members attend the conference?
A: Our conference enables family members to choose from a wide variety of session topics to learn practical strategies for meeting and exceeding the challenges of autism. Learning “what works” from national and local experts can improve outcomes for children of all ages. The conference connects parents and caregivers to hundreds of trusted autism resources. One of the greatest benefits of parents attending the conference is that they get to meet others facing the same issues and recognize that they certainly are not alone on their journey.

Q: Why should individuals with ASD attend the conference?
A: Individuals with ASD benefit from their own specially-designed series of workshop topics, such as transitioning to college, enhancing social skills, learning how to advocate for themselves, and succeeding in the work environment. Accommodations for individuals on the spectrum are available as necessary including a quiet lounge, visual schedules, and personal assistance selecting sessions. A networking lunch is also offered providing time to meet and make new friends.
