The Center for Autism – Rocky River is a newly configured 20,000-square-foot center with several individual rooms for behavior, occupational, and speech and language therapy, plus waiting and conference areas. Beginning late 2018/early 2019 KidsLink will be launching their KidsLink Connect Division. KidsLink Connect will offer intensive, insurance-based
Behavioral, Educational, Academic, and Social Language Programming for
children. Families will be able establish a center-based or home program (up to 35 hours/week) for a child with autism and/or other neurobehavioral disorders.
Programming will be led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will include assessment, program development, parent training, and consultation. The BCBA will be responsible for all aspects of programming including behavior planning, communication and language development, social programming, and improvement of adaptive behavior. Programming will be delivered by a skilled Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT). Therapy programs can be up to 25-40 hours weekly.
KidsLink Connect will be an Ohio Scholarship Provider, including the Autism Scholarship and Jon Peterson scholarships, so that families can access programming for both behavior as well as academic instruction.
