Educators continue to struggle with how to meet both the demands of academic standards and transition planning. In this session, participants will explore the principles of Universal Design for Learning and how to apply the principles to the transition process. They will also explore how technology can be used to support students as they become involved in their IEP planning and how it can support teachers as they present academic and transition concepts in the classroom.
