Launched in June 2016 by Ohio Treasurer Josh Mandel’s office, STABLE Accounts offer savings and investment solutions for people with disabilities. STABLE Accounts are made possible by the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act which allows individuals with disabilities to save and invest up to $14,000 per year without losing government benefits such as Medicaid or SSI. At this training session, representatives from Treasurer Mandel’s office will lead an in-depth discussion about these accounts.
