Parents of SWD will learn about the different sections of the IEP, what kind of information and data is most relevant to include on an IEP and what is actually legally required on an IEP. Parents will come away with an understanding of their own role on the IEP team and how to work with a school district while creating an IEP that will meet the needs of their child.
