As Rehabilitation Counselors and service providers, we serve individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, disabilities, and needs. Individuals with Autism have unique needs, particularly when entering the vocational evaluation – or any – evaluation setting. Through this two part series*, participants will increase their knowledge and understanding not only of the unique needs of clients with ASD, but also how – specifically – to accommodate the evaluative setting, to choose appropriate assessments, and to deliver excellent and usable results.
