Steps Towards Independence & Responsibility (STIR) Training is by and for people with
disabilities. Trainers are past Project STIR TM graduates trained by the Ohio Self Determination Association. This training is designed to provide tools to help you advocate for yourself, connect with other advocates, and gain leadership experience that can lead to community employment.
