Guiding People through Systems (GPS) is an online care notebook now available in Ohio. GPS allows families to organize important medical and school records into one convenient, online location. You can set-up an online “binder” of individualized forms, and download or email forms that you can share with healthcare or service providers, schools and relatives from anywhere where you have access to a computer.
