The Fit Jr program is for clients between the ages of about 3-5 years old. The program is a fun interactive class that allows children to practice their social skills through gross motor games, stories and cooperative play. The children also get to work on kinesthetic awareness, motor planning, modulating movement and reciprocal play as well as visual and spatial coordination.
