This class is designed to meet the unique needs of teens and adults with special needs. Visual supports and a slower paced yet active class will help build strength and flexibility. Mindfulness and breathing exercises will be taught as tools to help balance the nervous system, assist with self-regulation, and manage stress. Classes may include art projects or other hands-on activities that support the class theme.
