The third ABA 1 workshop introduces discrete trial teaching, commonly known as DTT. DTT is an instructional procedure that breaks skills down into small parts and systematically teaches each step using prompting and reinforcement. Participants will learn about the components of a discrete trial and task analyses, as well as effective use of antecedent strategies to maximize instruction and skill acquisition. Participants will practice the procedure and data collection methods through role-play. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
