If your child enjoys art and being creative, go and learn how you can use those interests to bond with your child. Sarah Saunders, MA, LPC, of Meghan Barlow and Associates, will lead participants of all abilities through art-related activities that demonstrate how creativity does not need a specific skill level, but allows everyone to be equal and connects families on a different level. Saunders will encourage the use of art to foster outside-of-the-box thinking and self-expression. She will also discuss how being creative using art teaches problem solving, self-love, and confidence building.
