This webinar will look at innovative solutions to address poverty and financial insecurity in the disability community. People with disabilities are the poorest of the poor, with 28.5 percent experiencing poverty, higher than any other minority community. Iowa’s Able Foundation is turning to micro-loans and financial coaching to “empower Iowans with disabilities, their families and the aging.”
