This workshop will review the nature and prevalence of anxiety symptoms in individuals with high functioning ASD. Attendees will develop an understanding of empirically supported treatments for anxiety and how this could fit into an individual’s overall treatment. Attendees will also learn strategies that can be used to help manage anxiety. Practical tools will be reviewed and demonstrated.
