Catholic Charities Disability Services will be offering community-based, adapted activities to persons of all abilities on a regular rotating schedule, based on interest. Before setting a schedule, they are offering a free Demonstration Day of potential offerings. Adapted Jazzercise, Tai Chi/Qigong and Music Enrichment classes will be taught for 20 minutes each.
